What is NAD+ Injectable?

Starting dose of NAD+ 25mg to 50mg – Injectable, 2-3 times a week, if no adverse reactions are reported a gradual increase to 75md to 100mg, some protocols go up to 200mg but are reserved for therapeutic and clinical condition use. Use should be decreased if you experience nausea, flushing or prolonged fatigue.

Cycles consist of 4-6 weeks on followed by 2-4 weeks off, this helps avoid receptor downregulation and maintain effectiveness.

Taking a 4-6 weeks on 4-6 weeks off approach allows your body to stabilize NAD+ levels naturally, reduces the risk of tolerance or diminishing returns when your body slows its own production. Cycling helps maintain sensitivity and effectiveness of NAD+ pathways.

Warnings and Contraindications:
